Folio 1:Create a business profile/company profile taking into consideration, the nature of business, Capital investment, Operations, labor, current markets, and complete with a financial analysis (Income statement for last 3 years and projections for next 3 years). The company should be your own or you can look at an existing company to get an idea and are allowed to open a branch/subsidiary of an existing company. Keep minimum headings for income statement (sales, cogs, gross profit, wages and salaries, other operating expenses, depreciation, interest expense (if any), taxes, net income). Remember these are all projected numbers only. To get an idea about income statement, you can have a look at actual income statement preferably for a company related to your own company. You are allowed to take proportionate, numbers from roal company's financials, For example, if you are opening a retail chain (clothing), you can look at H & M's income statement. If you think you are tentatively 1/10 the size of H & M, you can start with 1/10 of their sales.
