• On 12 January 2022, Andrew sold his drum kit worth $3,000 to Nick for $1,500.
• In August 2020, Andrew transferred his house into his mother's name by way of gift.
• Andrew paid Barry $10,000 on 31 December 2021 for mechanical work which he had conducted.

Required: Advise (with reasons) if the Official Receiver can recover any of the above payments made, or asset transferred, by Andrew under the Bankruptcy Act 1966 (Cth).
