From the time of the customer's order is received, the order is processed by Fluffy, the sales department clerk, and a sales order is created: Max at the credit department checks customer credit after the order is processed. Based on the sales order, the warehouse staff assembles the order and sends it to Bandit, supervisor of the shipping & receiving department; the shipping & receiving sends the order to the customer.
