Following the view that critical theory (including critical legal theory) an attempt to respond to crisis and to repair the social order, provide an analysis of broadly which of the two views (transformative constitutionalism versus decolonizing constitutional visions) is more or most suitable for responding to South Africa's past and present of oppression, injustice, inequality and disharmony.
