Once the fruits arrive to the warehouse they are sorted (into premium and normal grades) and packed then stored till it is shipped. The premium grade is shipped to two juice manufacturers in Egypt, and some are exported to Europe. The domestic shipping uses refrigerated trucks, while the exports use refrigerated containers.
