For any disease, there are always false positives and false negatives. A false positive result occurs when the patient tests positive for the disease but does not really have it; a false negative occurs when a patient tests negative for a disease but does have it. This happens for a number of reasons, sometimes having to do with the sensitivity of the testing method and sometimes because various people react very differently to a disease. Let H be the event that a patient has a disease, and let T be the event that a patient tests positive for the disease. Based upon extensive testing, the FDA has determined the following. - Of all patients who test negative, 45.0% actually have the disease. - Of patients who test positive, 85.3% actually have the disease. - Of all those persons tested, 25.2% test positive for the disease. Use the Law of Total Probability to calculate the proportion of the population which actually has the disease. Write your answer as a decimal; for example, if your answer is 24.5%, write your answer as 0.245 . Round your answer to three decimal places. Remember to add Os if needed to have three decimal places
