Does this indicate that Professor O's grades are not distributed as he claims?

According to the most recent census, the percentage of whites, blacks, and Hispanics in the community where Associated is located are 70%, 12%, and 18% respectively. If a random sample of 200 of Associates' employees revealed that 160 were white, 13 were black, and 27 were Hispanic, what at the 0.05 level, can be concluded about the distribution of Associated's employees?
