5. Privitera (the author of your textbook) and Freeman (2012) determined the correlation between how well students (M/SD = 19.80 +/- 1.80 years old) estimated their daily fat intake and their BMI. They believed the higher the students’ estimates the higher their BMI would be. They found r = 0.34. One Hundred and ten students participated in the study with alpha = .01.
