For many decades, DocuHoard has provided a document storage service to Victorian Businesses. DocuHoard has many warehouses around the state where documents are received from a local business, manually filed in storage boxes and then archived close to other archive boxes belonging to the same business. The "location" and contents of each box is maintained through paper records. You have been put in charge of a "digital transformation" project. This transformation project is in essentially three stages: Convert two of the warehouses to data centres (for backup and redundancy purposes), install scanners, document shredders and other equipment at each location. Buy, lease or build the relevant document management software depending on what is required and what is available in the marketplace.
