For me, I've been working on active listening in my leadership. I know that I am sometimes dismissed because I have sidestepped addressing an underlying conflict, which roots back to my experiences previously described. I've been working on improving this and reading Arora's (2021) recommendation on deep listening and addressing resentment affirms my previous efforts. Moving forward, I believe I should not only continue this work, but also continue to mindfully address the other three steps. This coming Monday, I have a 2-hour collaboration meeting with my PLC. I'm going to try this out, and I'm excited about it
