For our last (but certainly not least) discussion assignment, I want you to think about the COVID-19 vaccine in the context of economic epidemiology. Suppose President Biden is considering the declaration of a State of Emergency (which can suspend the Constitution) and order every adult American to get vaccinated against COVID-19. Should he do that? In your response, make economic arguments. Do not make constitutional arguments, as we have suspended the Constitution. And this question is not about whether we should be able to suspend the Constitution or about the abuse of executive power, etc. I stress these points because I want to see (economic) epidemiological arguments. State whether you would support this policy or oppose it and explain why. You are free to offer "however" or "but" arguments or not to qualify your arguments. You do not need to make every pro or con argument. Just state your case and support it as you feel is necessary. Make sure what you write directly addresses the question that was asked. Brevity is rewarded, not penalized, but make sure you address the question fully
