For the exuberance and disparity of the Victorian age, I believe some pros and cons could and not be justified. The upper class took advantage of the lower class by being in control of wealth and power. All business owners were being held accountable by the lower class. All workers were feeling unappreciated in working conditions, and low pay. During these work issues the government led an opportunity with the labor union to handle economic growth was beneficial.
