For the final assignment your task is to prepare a 3-page proposal to do organizational communication consulting work: Choose an organization as a prospective client. You may use a current or previous employer or team or any other organization you are interested in or want to work for in the future. Choose a communication issue within your chosen organization. Issues might include organizational socialization or leadership or conflict, or anything else we have talked about in class. Your issue does not necessarily have to be something we have discussed in class either, as long as your solution is rooted in course concepts. Act as a consultant of organizational communication and propose a plan to address to the issue. Using concepts from the course, your plan should identify the origins of the issue with attention to the social scientific and interpretive paradigms for studying organizational communication
