For the final project, you must pick up one of the topics covered in class/textbook and research about it (for example: the conquest of mexico, representation of latin america as “british” culture, etc.). it will be a different topic than the one used for the group presentations. maximum: 700 words all written tasks, except those done in class, must be typed. use ten or twelve point type and double space everything. use one inch margins. you will be graded on what is included in your paper not how long it is. be sure not to plagiarize, give credit to the writings of others.
