For the first phase, I am not sure if I computed the squared coefficient of variation (Ca and Cs) for the arrival and service correctly, would appreciate some insight. Still, within the first phase, I am not sure how to account for the de-batching in workstations 1 and 2.
For the second phase, I am not sure how to proceed. I am aware that I should attempt the three scenarios (2 machines in WS1, 2 machines in WS 2, or 1 machine in each), but how should I use the sales rate information to recompute the analysis for each scenario?
