If all gears have a normal pressure angle of 20 find the forces acting on all the gear train. If the worm was case hardened steel is to drive a sand cast bronze gear. The worm has an axial pitch of 6.5 mm, a pitch diameter of 30 mm and its right hand helix teeth are ground and polished. If the gear has 20 mm face width and the coefficient of friction between the worm and the worm wheel is 0.03, determine if it is safe to transmit the given Power. And determine the efficiency of transmission.
