For the judicial briefCecil Randolph Hundley , Jr., 48 T.C. 339 (1967)...I need to know thehistory and citationon this brief.

My Citation was:Hundley v. Commissioner, 48 T.C. 339, United States Tax Court., Filed June 19, 1967.

But I wasn't sure if it was right. If that's what you got let me know. I do not understand how to do the history.

For the history my assignment says:

The judicial history immediately follows the citation and is necessary only for appealed cases. The judicial history informs the reader, at a glance, about the cases outcome at each judicial level (i.e., who won). Sometimes the judicial history can be obtained from the text of the highest courts opinion (e.g., the Supreme Courts decision); otherwise, a citator or other resource must be consulted to obtain the judicial history. ForLucas v. Earl, the history can be written as follows:

S.Ct. and the BTA for the govt; CA-9 for the taxpayer.
