Sold $2,200 on account - At the end of May, Comanche estimated that 3% of the Accounts Receivable balance would be uncollectible (because most accounts are current, they declined to use the aging of receivables). Prepare the adjusting entry. Journal Entries: Provide the Account Receivable and Allowance for Bad Debts balances, and the Net Account Receivable balance for the Balance Sheet
