For the MOTE package in R, when you use d.ind.t, the returning value of d is supposed to be Cohen's d. I got 3.4 for that value. I feel like this is really extreme, which means the difference is very significant. Does that make sense? What's the difference between Cohen'd and coefficient of determination? Please provide some explanation if possible.
