Describe the specific items that will be part of your RFP, then establish specific evaluation criteria that you will use to rate or score proposals. Include both objective and subjective criteria. Describe why each criterion was selected. Also, describe your criteria in sufficient depth so that prospective sellers can know how proposals will be evaluated. Ensure that the criteria cover managerial areas and technical areas, and are not limited solely to price.
