For the purposes of this Assessment, you must assume that it is February Your firm was instructed in January 2023 by Mr Kasper Hojbjerg, a partner in a local firm of printers, The Emboss Union LLP ("TEU"). Your client has made a claim in the High Court against Highway Transportation Plc ("HT") in respect of the printing press that HT transported for it in September 2022. Your supervising solicitor, Elisa Corvalan, has provided you with Mr Hojbjerg's proof of evidence (Document A below) and the documents referred to in it (Documents B to E below), as well as the statements of case. The Particulars of Claim are Document F and the Defence is Document G below. The case has been allocated to the mulii-track and case management directions have been given. Extracts from the Directions Order is Document H below. A report in the form required by CPR Part 35 has been requested from Mikael Anderson but it has not yet been received. The report that your client obtained from Mr Anderson (Document E below) has not to date been shown to HT. Last month you received a Part 36 offer via email from HT's solicitors, Tilorook Law Co (Document | below). Your client does not intend to accept the offer but is considering making their own Part 36 offer. Your firm is preparing to give standard disclosure. Another trainee solicitor has drafted your client's N265 list of documents for standard disclosure. Elisa Corvalan asks you to check the three lists on the last page (Document J below) and let her know of any amendments and additions that are necessary. Prepare a memorandum fo Elisa Corvalan identifying the amendments and additions to the draft lists of documents that you consider are necessary. You must give reasons in your memorandum for each amendment and addition that you recommend, including relevant references to the Ciwvil Procedure Rules 1998 and any other relevant law. You are not required to re-draft any part of the lists but if you do so you must remember to give your reasons
