Estimate the total time and cost, and the cost per cubic yard, bank measure, for the second balance point, Sections IV and V, of the mass diagram in Figure 7.9. 

A self-loading scraper with a 15-cy, loose measure, capacity will be used for the  excavating and hauling. Assume an average haul speed of 12 mi/hr and return  speed of 20 mi/hr. Use a 3-min load time and 2-min dump time. Assume a  45-min effective hour and a swell factor of 8%. The hourly cost of the scraper,  with operator, is $110.00/hr.
