For the UCCJEA, please elaborate on a reason a court in WI would have temporary emergency jurisdiction if the WI court already made the initial order but both parents left the state with the children, one on one side of the country and one on the other - so WI if requested could take up issues and make temp. order w/ temp. decisions. Why would the court take up the issue (i.e. why is this an emergency situation) and what "temporary decisions" with respect to this scenario would the court make? Please clearly explain/elaborate and cite support.
