The scenario is as follows. Each student in the group is an "agent" representing either a Buyer, or a Seller of a residential real property. The agent whose FIRST name comes first, alphabetically, represents the Buyer and the agent whose FIRST name comes second, represents the Seller. So, for instance, if the students in the group are Hamad and Lexi, Hamad represents the Buyer and Lexi represents the Seller.

Further, imagine Buyer has made an offer on a property which Seller believes is acceptable in terms of the amount of money offered, but Seller has told the seller's agent that the Seller believes the Buyer is a transgender person, and further believes that lenders are therefore less likely to approve a loan needed for the purchase). Thus, the Seller has told the seller's agent that the Seller plans to reject the offer, unless the Buyer can improve the offer and instead offer an all cash (no loan) offer to buy the property.

As the agents, you are to discuss this situation, and the concerns, and come to a resolution/solution.

what do I do if I'm the THE SELLER the buyer made an offer on my property that I have up for sale.The buyer thinks their offer is an exemptible amount for my property. They think it is clearly the price that is listed for my property at the point of appraisal. they would like to move forward on the paperwork. I need to let the buyer know what they need to do to move forward.
