Then make your own at home meal note prices and calories (including beverages) be sure when doing the homemade meal that you figure how much the portion you are eating costs! For example, if you eat 3 eggs for breakfast and 12 eggs coast $4.00 then divide $4.00 by 12 to get the cost per egg. 4.00/12 = $0.33 per egg so 3 eggs = $1.00.
