For this assignment you will create a survey that will help you gather more information from employees and leaders about how you can create improvements to the Total Rewards Program. Make sure your survey is clear, specific and to the point. Remember to not use more than 15 assertions or questions for your survey as using more can minimize the effectiveness of the responses. You may use any free survey tool or free version of a tool that will allow you to ask the types of questions you need to ask and share a link with your instructor.
