For this assignment, you will need to have identified at least two managers in a single organization to conduct an interview based on the five areas of questions found HERE Download HEREand referenced in the Ducker (2015) book. You will then summarize the results of those interviews. The key goal of this analysis is the organizational mission, vision, customers, results, and future plans through the lenses of your interviewees. You need to evaluate and conclude if your chosen managers see those topics the same or differently and compare/contrast their view of the organization through their experiences. The Manager Interview Paper (using APA 7 formatting) should be in the range of 950-1000 words, not including the title page, references page, and/or appendices (if included). When you compose your paper, remember that the questions and answers collected during the interview are considered the raw data. It is then your responsibility to process the data and put it into a well-articulated smoothly flowing paper. It should not be just retelling of the questions asked and answers received, but instead, it needs to be your analysis supported by the data received from the interviewees along with textural, external, and Scriptural support.
