Scenario Two: You are purchasing agent for Peoples Energy Company. On September 3^rd, you ordered a box of four laser cartridges for your Sampson Model 25 printers at $69.35 each, plus $6.85 shipping and handlingtotal price of $284.25. The catalog description for this cartridge (Part No. 02-8R01656) stated, Fits Epson and Xerox printers and most compatibles. Since the Sampson is advertised as a Xerox clone printer, you assumed the cartridges would fit. When the order arrived, you discovered that the cartridges didnt fit your Sampson. Although the cartridge is the same shape, it is about inch thicker and wont seat properly on the spindles.

You believe that your suppliers misleading catalogue description caused you to order the wrong model cartridge. You would like the company to either refund the $284.25 you paid on its Invoice 95-076 or replace the cartridges with ones that do work with your printers. Youll be happy to return all four cartridges if the company will give you instruction for doing so.
