Research periodicals, trade journals, and websites to select an organization of your choice $($e$.$g$.,$ a company, a brand, a government agency, a non$-$government organization, or some other group$)$ and describe their organizational culture. This may not be openly stated in their materials, so you will have to pay attention to elements such as the language they use and how things are written, photos$/$media on their site and in their materials, social media accounts $($if they exist$),$ news stories about the organization, any formal statements or press releases they make, etc. Evaluate which type$($s$)$ of leaders would thrive in this culture and which might struggle, and explain why using the evidence you have gathered.

Additionally, describe a recent transformation that impacted that organization and what the leaders may have been thinking or experiencing during these events. Again, this may not be readily available, so you will have to investigate. How intentional do you think the change was? What might have they been hoping to achieve or to avoid? Do their remarks seem earnest or were they trying to put some "spin" on a tough situation or outcome?

Lastly, describe a brand, company, or other organization that you intentionally avoid, and explain how they would have to change for you to love them $($e$.$g$.,$ invest in them, work for them, do business with them, wear their logo$,$ sing their motto happily, etc.$).$ How might this organization learn from the other you researched?
