For this class, we have to come up with a fictitious company where I am currently employed as a Project Manager. The industry can be anything I can relate to. Below is a back ground of what I am doing:

The company I work for is called Upstyle. The primary mission of the company is to produce high quality lifestyle merchandise with uplifting, light spirited messages incorporated into the product design. As of right now, the company's presence is online only. Upstyle has a flagship website and customers are able to shop directly on that site or can be linked to site through the "shop now" feature on IG and through sponsored ads lined to the site on Facebook. I want to expand Upstyle sales through pop up store retail experiences.

Assignment Instructions: You receive a phone call from the CEO's administrative assistant saying that your project will not be restructured or shutdown. The CEO requests you submit a one page document highlighting your project. The document should be easy to follow/understand, well laid out and contain pictures/graphics/charts.
