For this course, each of you will complete a project management plan for your Course Project. Your project will use project management methodology involving traditional or waterfall elements. Each of you in Advanced Project Management ( PROJ 4 3 0 ) will choose a project topic and develop various documents that are used throughout the project life cycle. The project documents will be completed and submitted in parts due throughout the course. Your final project management plan will be submitted during Week 8 to describe the completed project and include any updates. Guidelines The topic you select should be a project that will take between 6 months to 1 year to complete. Choose a business or community project topic in which you are interested and have knowledge to make it easier for you to complete the assignments. The project should involve sociocultural differences to some extent to reflect how projects in real life can use the strengths of the differences for improved project outcomes, as well as to resolve any conflict due to these differences. The following is a list of sample projects. You will need to get the approval from the instructor for your selected topic during Week 1.
