You should explain who you are reviewing, what went wrong, what the company did to address your concerns (if you reported them), how you wish it had been handled, and the specific location where the event occurred (or where you ordered from, etc. where applicable). In addition, you will need to find out who would be responsible from that location to field your complaint. While many people ask for the manager when they have a problem with service at a location, since some time has passed, you may need to find out if the location is a small business, owned by a corporation, is it a franchise location, etc. and then determine who from the company fields these requests. You might look for a Customer Service Manager, a Customer Experience Manager, a Social Media Manager, etc. Find out who that person is and list the name and title. In addition, you will need to tell us why you chose that person to address your negative review to.
As always, your original post should be a minimum of 200 words in length.
You should respond to a minimum of two student posts this week after completing your own. Do you agree with their choice of who to contact? Have you had an experience just like theirs? Do you work in the same field and wish you could explain what happened to your classmate? Your responses to classmates should be a minimum of 100 words each.
