1) She believes her supervisor discriminated against her due to her religion and purposefully scheduled her to work on her religion's holy days and holidays. When she complained to her supervisor about issues in a letter, he demoted her and cut her hours in 1/2.

2) She believes acrylamide, a byproduct of the coffee roasting process, is present at unsafe levels in her store and has caused her to develop lesions.

Given the above facts, answer the below questions:

a) Who do you want to call for a deposition? Explain your strategy.

b) You can send the Plaintiff up to 80 interrogatories. Draft your first interrogatory for your lawyer's review. In other words, think about a question you want the Plaintiff to answer. Ask it! That's your first interrogatory.

c) The Plaintiff and Defendant can make up to 40 production requests. You remember hearing about the Plaintiff's social media posts while she worked for your company. You believe they may compromise/hurt the Plaintiff's case, but now her page is private. You decide to ask the Plaintiff to produce her job-related social media posts as part of a production request. Will a court enforce this request? Why or why not?

d) The Plaintiff has ignored all of the "Requests to Admit Facts" your attorney sent her for months. Your lawyer says this could be a good thing. Why? (Review the above Intro and your chapter to give the best answer).

e) You may make 4 requests for a physical examination to help you defend your case in court. What is 1 examination you want to make and why?

f) Pretend you are the Plaintiff and answer someone's interrogatory (from part b).
