For this exercise you should put yourself in the role of the system analyst.  Use any business you like  Review the business need for a systems development project.  Using that as your context, create a report for your customer which includes a summary of your understanding of the business request followed by the following:

Part I

Create an alternative matrix  which compares at least two different solutions. (review the lecture videos and/or your text for defining and creating an alternative matrix.)

 Part II

Your alternative matrix should support your recommended choice amongst your alternatives.  Put together a rough estimate of the TCO for your recommended solution.  Create line items which define each cost (hint: bullets are great for lists) and include explanations for your customer.  You will need to do a little research and use a little imagination to come up with a good list.
