For this journal, pick a day this week and keep track of all the evaluations you complete during the day. Usually, evaluations in our day-to-day life happen after we make a choice. If you order takeout from a new place, you evaluate the food to decide if you'll order from that place again. If you buy something, you decide if it is worth the price. If someone sends you an email, you evaluate if it has the information you need and is well-written. This does not have to be a complete list, just some of the times evaluation showed up in your day.
