I began by considering the various audiences that are likely to use this application, such as online shoppers, store owners, and customerservice representatives. Among these audiences, I chose to focus on online shoppers as the persona for this activity.

I created an audience persona named Sarah Thompson to represent online shoppers. Sarah is a 30-year-old female residing in an urban area. Her occupation is a marketing manager, and she has an annual income of $60,000. These demographics help provide a clear picture of Sarah's background and context.

In terms of psychographics, Sarah has moderate tech-savviness and regularly shops online for a variety of products. She is particularly interested in fashion, home decor, and technology. Sarah follows fashion influencers on social media and relies on online reviews to make informed purchasing decisions. Her goals include finding trendy and unique products, enjoying a convenient shopping experience, and getting good value for money. However, Sarah also faces pain points such as difficulty finding reliable product information, concerns about online security, and long and complicated checkout processes.

To enhance the persona, I chose a stock picture that visually represents Sarah Thompson. The image captures a modern, young woman who appears stylish and engaged with technology. This visual representation helps create a more relatable and realistic persona for the e-commerce website's target audience.
