Several of the sales reps have young children and work part-time. Two of the sales reps were born in China As the business is only 3 months old each of the teams has at least 3 sales reps who have only just started in the mobile phone sales area. But the others are very experienced and have been involved in the launch of new products. In 3 months time, your company will launch a new range of Moblie Phones. All company staff are to be trained within the next 2 months. You will need to provide material that the retail stores can use to train their own staff. So you will need to make sure that the training material will be suitable for the retail staff. As part of your role, you are required to ensure that your team have all the details of the new product launch. As your team works throughout Queensland you will only be able to meet with the area managers in person once. All other communication will need to be done in writing and video conference. There is a short timeline to ensure that the whole team is aware of the requirements of the launch. As part of the launch, you need to ensure that the following is completed before the launch. All members of the team receive training in the new phones You only have promotional material in English A number of the team live in remote areas where the internet is not the best. This limits video calls. As a rule, you like to let your area managers do the majority of the communication and training with their teams.
