For this project, you will be working as a group to serve as consultants for a growing hospital network in the KC Metro region. You are taking on the assignment of helping Sunburst Regional Medical Center reconsider its staffing practices and procedures with the upcoming completion of a brand new campus. As a consulting team, you have been specifically tasked with producing three deliverables: 1) A strategic staffing plan that will help their staffing practices align with their overarching mission and vision as a hospital. 2) A job analysis for a typical nursing job that will be working at the newly built campus 3) An analysis of their current selection process and recommendations for how to improve that process
