For this role play you are playing the role of a new educator who has started in the Pre Kinder room (3-4 year old room) about two months ago. You asked the team leader for feedback about your performance and she said it was a great time to ask because your probation meeting is coming up. Your team leader has asked you to gain some feedback from two parents, leading up to your probation meeting in a week. Cheryle your team leader, asked you to get information about your strengths and your areas for improvement. She told you that after you do this, she will meet with you and the room colleagues to discuss your feedback. You asked two of the parents whose children attend the centre 3 to 4 days a week, as you have regularly spent time talking with them at the start of the day and at the end of the day. They both said that they would be happy to provide you with feedback. Your Team Leader Cheryle arranged for you to meet with the parents off the floor to have this discussion
