However, before attempting to resolve any conflict at work speak with a manager or team leader and get both their assistance and approval to resolve this conflict. It's important to abide by all policies and procedures when approaching conflict at work. For those who do not have access to a workplace or would prefer not to approach a conflict in their workplace, use the Appendix B - Scenario 2 and the Appendix C - Righteous Bean Policy. 1. Outline at least one (1) piece of legislation that applies to conflict in the workplace in Australia and at least two (2) policies or procedures that apply. 2.
