For this task you must to locate the policies, procedures and codes at your workplace that relate to the management of stress and emotional wellbeing. These may be included in a number of different documents, including: Code of practice Work health and safety policy and procedure Bullying and harassment policy and procedure Dispute resolution policy and procedure Critical Incident Stress Management policy and procedure. Talk to your supervisor about how you can locate the required documents. Also talk to them about the role of a manager in terms of monitoring emotional stress and wellbeing within their work team, as well as the procedures for debriefing after critical incidents. You will then discuss each policy and procedure with your assessor - they will ask you a set of questions.
