5. What provision of the Evidence Act or any other law in your country would you rely upon to have a video recording or CCTV recording admitted in Court as evidence?
6. What provision of the Evidence Act or any other law in your country would you rely upon to have a bank cheque admitted in Court as evidence?
7. Now imagine you are in a jurisdiction where there is no legal provision that addresses the admittance of documentary evidence in Court. What case law will you refer the Judge to in order to admit the above evidence from 1-6 in Court. Explain the steps you will need to follow or questions you will need to ask your witness in order to get these documents admitted in Court.
