For this weeks discussion I would like you to discuss current stalking law and it's necessity. Do we need specific stalking laws when most all actions defined as stalking we already had laws against? Is it just and add on offense or do these laws help victims? Look up current statutes in CA, TN, GA, and Florida to get a good idea of what these stalking laws look like.
