Make a list of everything that requires electricity in your kitchen. Estimate the energy consumption from your kitchen in one year. Use five columns - 1. Appliance or device, 2. Power demand for the appliance or device, 3. Estimated hours used per year, 4. Price/kWh (you can use the average cost per kWh in your location), 5. Total cost for each appliance/device over one year. Provide a grand total. If you are unable to find a label showing power demand, look up the model online.
