For your final project, you need to write a program for sorting parcels by its current temperature on a conveyor belt for quality control. The aim of the project is to apply what you have learnt to an applied problem in the industrial working situation. Minimum Component Used (You may add more): Ite ItemsCo Component Qu Quantity 1 Te Temperature Sensor (potentiometer) 1 2 DC Motor 1 3 Pr Proximity Sensor 4 4 Li Light Emitting Diode 5 5 5 Lin Linear Actuator 3 6 6 Sw Switch 2 Working Operation in Step. 1) Parcel is driven by conveyor system. 2) Parcel will stop and temperature sensor reading of the parcel is taken. 3) Then, the conveyer will run again. 4) During conveyer running and based on the temperature data taken, the parcel will be sorted by a linear actuator. 5) If temperature is less and equal (50) degrees Celsius, then Parcel will move to Station C by linear actuator and LED GREEN will be ON for 2 sec. 6) The proximity sensor will be used to detect the parcel, and inform linear actuator to move the parcel to their stations A, B, C. (Based on point 5). 7) Continue with 2 nd parcel and so on. 8) In a case of emergency stop, when the switch is Press, the LED Red color of Tower Light is blinking and stop all production line operation. (Use external interrupt). 9) Then, reset button is used to start again the production line operation. Report: You need to prepare a project report detailing the work you had done in group for the project, which contains: 1. 2D/3D sketch layout of the mechanical and electronic components placement in the system. 2. Flow Chart of the working operation. 3. Proteus Circuit Diagram (PIC16F877A or PIC18F4525) 4. Program code (with comments) -MPLAB IDE - XC8 Compiler 5. Result during presentation (The date of presentation will inform later, but basically before final study week) 6. Comment and improvements that could be done (your group idea)
FINAL PROJECT SEM 1- 2022/23: MICROCONTROLLER SYSTEM (BFM3333) For your final project, you need to write a program for sorting parcels by its current temperature on a conveyor belt for quality control.
