Portfolio Project Description:
1. Describe the five levels of needs employees possess that drive their behaviors: economic, social, recognition, growth, and achievement. Provide 1-2 sentences in your own words to explain each of the levels.
2. Choose one of the options below:
A- Develop and describe a staff motivation (incentive) scheme aimed at employee retention.
- Specify at least 3 financial and 3 nonfinancial incentives.
- For each incentive, specify the list of conditions upon which the employees could be entitled for the incentives.
- Specify the period(s) of time when the incentives are to be applied (e.g. at the end of the shift, monthly, at the end of the year, etc.).
- Provide an example case.
