For your presentation identify, research and analyze TWO CASES that address your assigned topic. Groups may choose their two cases based on preference as long as they meet the following criteria: CASE #1: A case that is included in the assigned chapter of the course textbook. It can be any case that is mentioned in the chapter (For example, a "Case in Point", a case that is mentioned in the body of the text, or a case that is included in a figure or table in the assigned chapter.)

CASE #2: A case not found in your textbook that involves a criminal charge within the paralegal scope of practice and that address the assigned topic for your group.

4. For each of your cases provide an analysis of each of the following criteria:

Issue: Identify the facts and legal issues relevant to your assigned topic

Rules: Identify the applicable rules that apply to evaluating the legal issues relevant to your assigned topic (consider both statutory law and common law)

Application: Discuss how the identified rules apply to the facts and legal issues for your assigned topic

Conclusion: Make a conclusion based on your analysis that addresses the assigned topic and why it is important the practice of criminal law by paralegals.

Each student in the group have to submit their own individual reflection on their specific contribution to the group case research presentation. In your reflection you need to address the following requirements:
