Situation: You are a fraud specialist hired by your company to conduct a fraud risk analysis and to recommend improvements to the companys fraud prevention plan and activities. Required: Using the ACFE Fraud Prevention Check-up from activity 3 in this LP, COMPLETE a fraud check-up of your organization (or an organization that you are familiar with). Using the information that you gathered in the fraud check-up, IDENTIFY areas of improvement give specific ideas for improvement. Submit:

The completed fraud check-up document you dont need to retype everything, you can either scan the completed document or provide results and score by item number,

Your ideas for improvement including specific recommendations,

You may wish to include samples whistle blowing policies, code of ethics statements, fraud policy, and training ideas for employees, and

A transmittal letter to the CEO of the company who has asked you to complete this task.

Your final document should be 1000-1500 words, not including direct quotations or the wording from the fraud check-up, in other words, 1000-1500 of your words. The transmittal letter should be one page, more of an executive overview of your findings, supported by the other documents. Submit your completed assignment to the LP5 Final Project dropbox. This is intended to be a real life document, so you have leeway in how you present your information, just make sure that you give credit for ideas and quotes in accordance with APA. Also, provide a list of references at the end of the paper.
