As a result of my research, I have concluded that the switch from traditional to remote work has brought new, unique challenges, but it can enhance productivity in businesses as long as there are effective strategies in place to ensure collaboration. I have also concluded that the biggest problem of remote work is lack of collaboration which derives from companies that lack a communication platform for all employees or that do have one in place but don't utilize it to have regular check ins or feedback with or from all its employees
