The purpose of the assessment is to gauge competence in MS Project and application across the project management syllabus. Project: Kitchen Redesign Background You have just completed a postgraduate diploma in project management and a home owner has asked you in your capacity as a shop-fitter to redesign/remodel his kitchen. Develop a project proposal forthe implementation of this kitchen redesign project. All processes planned for should be finalised within 2 weeks as the home owner plans to move into his new home in 2 weeks.
